About Nissan Quest
The Nissan Quest is a minivan introduced by Nissan in 1993 to the U.S. market as a joint venture with Ford as a variation of the Mercury Villager. Therefore, Nissan Quest auto parts in the minivan's first two generations were created with elements of Ford's design philosophy. From 1993 to 2002, all Nissan Quests included free-wheeling, non-interference engines, meaning that that driver will start have braking and steering power in the event of total engine failure. Since 2004, Quest body parts were built on Nissan's FF-L platform, the same used by the Atima and Murano.
